THEORY and EXERCISES IN HAND

Based on my long-term experience as a trainer and coach, I know that in addition to theory, every training has an important part in practice and physical exercises - only listening to the theory will not change the participants. That is why all my trainings always have physical and practical exercises that help the participants to notice, understand and discover what is necessary in themselves and, if desired, supportnews(updates and changes = updates) implementation. 

PRACTICES FOR REAL LIFE

My goal is not to surprise the participants with complex theories and studies, rather what is offered at the training is easy to practice and bring results. All the techniques and exercises that I teach have been worked out and tested by myself, and I have put them together from the teachings of different schools and teachers. I only teach what I believe in 100% and have worked through. 

A PERSONAL and TARGETED APPROACH
We agree with you, as the person ordering the training, what our common goal is and the needs of the participants, and based on that I build a suitable training. 

FROM INSPIRATION TO ACTION

I believe that motivating and full of experience storytelling  is what drives many people to action. I have a lot of inspiring stories about my life in my baggage, and based on years of experience, I can present engagingly, confidently and openly in front of both small and large groups (the largest audience is 15,000 people). 

Motivation is an internal force that receives inspiration from the outside.
