"Rõõmu 50 roosat varjundit" on isikliku teekonna, rõõmu, motivatsiooni ja heaolu interaktiivne teekond. 

"Sel õhtul peale taksosse istumist sain aru, et emme oli mingil põhjusel väga tujukas. Enam ei mäleta, mida ma tegin või ütlesin, kuid järsku kuulsin oma ema taksojuhile valjuhäälselt ütlemas: „Nüüd viime selle tüdruku lastekodusse!“.
Rõõmupallist ja säravast tibust sai koduses keskkonnas üha rohkem endassetõmbunud ja ümbrust tunnetav, kaaluv ja mõõtev väike tüdruk."

I am very glad that YOU have reached here!

I have workedcoachmyself for over 13 years, trained for over 25 years and trained and inspired for over twenty years - quite a long time to delve into people's spiritual and spiritual life and to learn about the physical body as well.  

With this wealth of experience, I help people create peace and joy, noticing and understanding, love and play - all that we call balance and well-being in their lives.  


I am an international trainer,  wellness coach, yoga teacher and source of inspiration.
For a large part of my life, I have lived and worked away from Estonia - mainly in Denmark and Canada, but also worked and trained all over Scandinavia and several other European countries.

Common keywords when meeting me are 'energy' and 'positivity' - they are contagious and my knowledge and skills are one big combination of many different teachings, trainings and ideas. 

As a person and therefore also professionally, my greatest strength is awareness, flexibility, the ability to let go and truly listen. I do not adhere to any school or doctrine, because the most important thing for me is the true potential of a person and his genuineness.

All this gives me the opportunity to communicate openly and to create and hold space, giving everyone an equal opportunity to be, experience, learn and develop if they want.

My greatest desire is to share my experiences and skills and inspire people around me to achieve the best version of themselves.

Our workshops and educations are designed for creating and maintaining MENTAL and PHYSICAL WELLNESS and are carried out by need, either online or on site. 


Each workshop will be created specifically for your company and/or personal needs.

Yoga

Yoga is a practice that will slowly but surely affect your whole life. It's the breathwork and movement of both your body & mind. 

My Pink Sunshine yoga is a combo of ancient teachings, modern vinyasa-style, bio-mechanical knowledge and joy of movement & music. 

 

You can practice yoga alongside the videos, in private with a teacher or in live classes - according to your needs and wishes. 

It is a versatile practice that allows you to be completely in the moment, to breathe in peace of mind & exhale challenges.

Coaching

One of the main goals of coaching is to provide support on your personal WELLNESS and journey.
 

Coach will help you see different patterns,  achieve understanding and acceptance. You will get the support you need on your journey through different questions, various exercises and assignments. 


The coaching journey is about supporting your growth and development, choices, desires and, above all, achieving your goals.

'WELLNESS STORIES' PODCAST

This is a podcast where Silja Siller and Kristi Roosimägi talk about well-being and everything that makes people feel good with different guests.

Our stories are about life, pleasures, challenges and development - all of which help us achieve well-being. 
In the podcast, we look for different 'ah-aa' moments in life and experiences, and we want to understand, learn and grow with the guests and listeners of the show.
